Good quality at a fair price
Very happy with my purchase. The wrong colour was originally shipped but Greenwood promptly sent the correct colour with expedited shipping and facilitated a simple and quick return of the other one.
Customer service was quick to reply and quick to act and very nice.
The bag itself is beautiful craftsmanship and high quality.
Love the bag, but there was an issue with one of the zippers, the puller came off and I messaged their customer support. Not only did they offer to send a new bag, and they paid an express label to send the defect back to them, but when I requested just the zipper pulled so I could put it on myself(I’m a diy-er) and without hesitation they sent it.

Love the rich dark brown colour and quality leather! Perfect size for carrying my essentials around and it has a nice long adjustable strap! This is one of many items that I have purchased from here and will continue to do so!
Loved how this bag looked on the website. Waited for it to come back in stock and so glad i did. It is a little smaller than i thought (even though i had read the dimensions) but is absolutely perfect! Looks just as good in person. Use it every day and still so happy i purchased.
