ORDER PROCESSING

All orders are processed and dispatched from our warehouse within 1–3 business days (up to 72 hours) after your order is confirmed.

Once your order is placed, no changes to the delivery address can be made. Please ensure your address is accurate before completing checkout.

SHIPPING CARRIERS

Orders may be delivered by Canada Post or other trusted courier services depending on your location and the size of your order.

  • Most Canadian orders are delivered via Canada Post

  • A notice card may be left if you are not home

  • A signature may be required for larger packages

Greenwood Leather cannot guarantee the exact carrier used for each order.

DELIVERY COSTS

  • Free standard shipping within Canada & the USA

  • For all other international orders, standard Canada Post rates or courier rates apply

U.S. CUSTOMERS – DUTIES AND TARIFFS

For our U.S. customers, all customs duties, tariffs, and import taxes are pre-paid by Greenwood Leather.

This ensures a hassle-free, worry-free delivery, with no additional charges to you at the border.

ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIMES

Delivery times are indicative only and may vary based on:

  • The shipping carrier

  • Destination country and customs procedures

  • Unforeseen events, including weather, natural disasters, strikes, or other delays beyond our control

Greenwood Leather cannot be held liable for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs authorities, or other unavoidable circumstances.

 

By placing an order with Greenwood Leather, you acknowledge and accept that:

  • Delivery times are estimates only

  • Greenwood Leather is not responsible for lost, delayed, or damaged shipments once they leave our warehouse and are in the custody of the carrier

  • Any customs, duties, or import fees outside the USA and Canada are the responsibility of the customer, unless otherwise stated
