I have been looking for a leather backpack- no word of a lie- for over a decade. I was apprehensive about ordering a bag online as it’s such a functional item that has to fulfill so many personal needs. Well I was not disappointed and quite simply am thrilled with it. It’s beautiful, well made and super functional. The leather is absolutely gorgeous, LOVE the full zip that opens the bag completely avoiding the “dreaded pit”, the phone pocket is in the perfect place to easily grab out of the bag- and here’s a great bonus- it stands up on its own and doesn’t slump into a pile, making it easy to access items out of it with one hand. And it does fit a water bottle nicely inside- one thing I was worried about. So many handy, roomy pockets, and the zippers are of good quality. This bag was designed with function and aesthetic top of mind- very rare these days. I love the company’s story and their mission- every word is true. In a consumer wasteland of garbage to swim through, Greenwood Leather is a shining star! I will be purchasing everything leather that I need from this company- I have my eyes on several other items already. They’re price point is very reasonable as well. If you’re on the fence, jump- you’ll not be disappointed. The shipping is free and you can return if it doesn’t happen to suit your needs, at your expense which is completely fair considering their price point. I applied some dubbin to mine before use and I believe if I continue to care for the leather, it will last me for many years… but I’m so in love with it that I’m tempted to buy another to have in “reserva”, as I loathe replacing a perfect item that I love!
