Descriptions on the website are accurate. The company kept me informed about my purchase, the pre-order status, delivery status and tracking. Throughout the process, Greenwood Leather kept the customer in mind and was very conscientious about how I’d be impacted by every decision.
When the bag arrived and I opened the package, I was immediately impressed by the design and quality of the bag. It has plenty of room for all the things I carry, with plenty to spare.
The leather is high quality and has already begun to wear and age nicely. Its character is revealing itself.
The stitching is impeccable. The lining is attractive. The zippers, buckles and magnetic closure are also attractive and durable.

Absolutely love the workmanship and quality of my new purse. It took a while for the order to get here. But the leather craftsmanship and quality of this product is worth the wait. The leather back pack is exceptional. Stitching spacing is great! No missed teeth. Applied leather lotion and it pops up the leather texture.
Downside, communication is very substandard, I was begging for updates and take a few days for a response. Shipping was really a pain, from the time I placed the order to what was promised date of shipment takes 2 wks. I hope they’ll figure it out to ship future products faster with tarriffs.
