I purchased leather backpack for my wife’s birthday and she really likes it. Product is very well made. The box that it came in however was nearly destroyed but I won’t ding seller for this since I suspect it was all on shipper (though maybe suggest looking at the box/cardboard used). I was worried that it would arrive damaged upon seeing the box, but fortunately there were no issues and happy to see backpack was wrapped in plastic.

Absolutely love the workmanship and quality of my new purse. It took a while for the order to get here. But the leather craftsmanship and quality of this product is worth the wait. The leather back pack is exceptional. Stitching spacing is great! No missed teeth. Applied leather lotion and it pops up the leather texture.
Downside, communication is very substandard, I was begging for updates and take a few days for a response. Shipping was really a pain, from the time I placed the order to what was promised date of shipment takes 2 wks. I hope they’ll figure it out to ship future products faster with tarriffs.
