It was stuck in Customs for a week and there was no movement on the package. I reached out to customer service and explained this, they responded very quickly and said they’d reached out and check the status. The weekender bag is a little bigger than i originally thought even though i had the dimensions before ordering but it’s beautiful, well crafted, sturdy and if you are a packer who likes to pack multiple options or is going away for even a week Id say this bag will probably allow for all of them. even though i would personally like it to be a bit smaller cause i don’t overpack, i love it, really happy i have it and would definitely recommend it to anyone who wants to upgrade their weekend bag
