Leather Shoulder Bag - Quebec

I have been looking for a new leather bag for so long and was fortunate enough to find the Greenwood Leather website. I was a bit hesitant in buying a bag online but I couldn’t be happier. The bag is large, which is what I wanted so that also makes me happy. The quality is exceptional and I’ve already received compliments on it. I love it !! I would highly recommend purchasing from them. The prices are beyond reasonable.
Their customer service is exceptional !!. I had ordered another bag (Toronto shoulder bag) and then saw the Quebec bag was larger. I contacted them to see if I could change my order and they did with no issues.
I would not hesitate from purchasing from this company again.

While at this time I am unable to comment on the product itself (I am giving as a Christmas present and therefore have left in the box), I can say I am extremely impressed with the delivery. I saw what I believe is the "Quebec" bag in Montreal, but was not impressed with the price at the Old Montreal store. I then searched on line to find what I believe to be the exact product at 1/4 the price. I ordered and had it in my hands in less than 24 hours, I did have a question, which I emailed to the company and it was answered within 3 hours. If the customer service is any indication of the quality of the product, then I shall be an extremely happy Santa this year!!!!
