Very soft leather. So many great features of the backpack, including it is also a great purse. The pockets ar perfect. I am obsessed with the straps. It is the most perfect backpack purse ever. LOVE IT!!!!
I purchased this bag a few weeks ago, and it arrived very shortly after I ordered it. It is roomy, with lots of pockets, and its multiple colours mean it goes with almost anything.

I don’t normally fill out review requests. But I feel pretty strongly about this purchase. Very high quality laptop bag and excellent prices. Honestly I have saw way lower quality bags for half again or twice the cost. I went directly to the the outlet and received good customer service with a good selection. My son was very happy with the bag as a part of his university grad gift. We feel it will last for many years. I will be a return customer.
